  • 3000 square foot rustic barn with 24’ doors to create an open air environment

  • 12 acres of land with 3 ponds and gorgeous grounds

  • Open Vendor Policy - Bring your own vendors or DIY your wedding

  • Climate-controlled getting-ready suite with large makeup vanity providing the perfect backdrop for pictures with your best gals! Mini frig, makeup lighting, and Blue tooth speaker

  • Access to the property for engagement and/or bridal sessions (by appointment)

  • Climate-controlled prep kitchen with commercial refrigerator, stainless steel work tables, an industrial sink, microwave, and Keurig machine

  • Decor Inventory

  • Wooden arbor that can be moved to the ceremony spot of your choice

  • 8’ white wooden bar and 8 cocktail tables

  • Climate-controlled restrooms

  • Use of our fire pit area that is surrounded by string lights and adirondack style chairs (gas included at no additional charge)

  • Multiple ceremony locations - Inside the barn, in front of the large barn doors, as well as several gorgeous spots around the pond

  • Ten 5’ round tables that can seat 6-10 guests, two - 4’ round tables perfect for cakes, two - 32” round tables perfect for sign in table, three 8’ long tables, four 6’ long tables

  • 14x60 foot covered deck with string lights and overlooking the pond

  • On call staff member for your entire event

  • Trash removal on wedding day

  • Your choice of white, black, or ivory linens for up to 25 tables.

  • 150 Chairs that can be used inside the barn.

  • 20 rustic wooden benches (pictured above).

  • On Site Getting ready Cabin - Available Friday and Saturday (no overnight stays).

  • Two fans - black pedestal fans.

Lease Rate $4,100

Friday at 8am - Sunday at noon

The lease rate includes all amenities listed above.
